Based in Taunton, Data and Power Solutions is a leading manufacturer of intelligent power distribution units for a variety of sectors, mainly IT, Finance, Industrial and Defence. We are looking for an administrator to back up our office and sales team.

 

You will be first in line to answer the phone and either, handle the enquiry or pass it on to the the appropriate person. You will also be responsible for office administration and sales order processing.

 

As a small office with a large customer base DPS rely upon each team member to excel in their area. We have a relaxed and very positive working atmosphere where you will have the opportunity to bring your skills to many different situations. 

 

If you want a company where the rules and regulations are laid out and given to you to follow then we're probably not for you. You must be quick, concerned, thoughtful and patient with our customers as we value them highly.

 

What we are looking for is as follows:

 

Essential skills:

Excellent written and spoken English

Calm and helpful manner

Very good IT skills on Windows Operating Systems

Methodical with attention to detail 

 

Preferred:

Knowledge of Sage and Act

 

Salary negotiable
